DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of $50 of the total price of the service will be required in order to secure your appointment date.

TARDINESS

We reserve specific time slots for appointments, and short notice cancellations make it difficult to fill the slot. Additionally, arriving 15 minutes late will result in a no-show and deposit forfeiture.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS

Please cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance to avoid deposit forfeiture. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a full-service charge. Your cooperation helps us manage our schedule efficiently and serve all clients well.
